Tollywood exhibitors met with Chiranjeevi to resolve the ongoing percentage-sharing dispute affecting single-screen theatres in Telangana. A committee formed by the TFCC will present a final resolution by June 30. The current rental system will persist until then, with a temporary compromise allowing the release of the film ‘Peddi’. A new percentage-sharing model is slated for implementation from July 3.
