The Realme GT 8 Pro is set to be launched in India in November. Ahead of its debut, the company has teased several specifications of the upcoming handset. It is confirmed to sport a display with a 2K resolution and 7,000 nits peak brightness. For multimedia consumption, the Realme flagship will have an ultra haptics motor and a symmetrical speaker. Realme GT 8 Pro will be the company's first smartphone to be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.

Samsung has launched the beta version of Samsung Internet for PC, making its mobile browser available on desktop for the first time. The beta, released on October 30, 2025, supports Windows 10 and 11 in the US and South Korea, with wider availability expected soon. The browser syncs data through Samsung Pass, features Galaxy AI with real-time webpage summaries and translations, and includes strong privacy tools. Samsung aims to unify its Galaxy ecosystem while competing with major AI-driven browsers.

WhatsApp has reportedly developed a dedicated app for Apple Watch. It is said to be rolling out via the TestFlight beta Programme, with the 25.32.10.71 beta version for iOS. Some early beta testers can avail the feature now. The app allows users to read and reply to messages and react with emojis directly from their wrist, without taking their paired Phone.

OpenAI has introduced a paid layer to its Sora video generation app on iOS, ending the period of unlimited free access. The company now allows users to buy additional video generations once they exceed their daily limits. Bill Peebles, Head of Sora, said the move aims to make the platform financially sustainable. OpenAI is also planning to reduce daily rate limits across all subscription tiers.
