Dalton Eatherly, known as Chud The Builder, has been released from jail after two months. He posted a $1 million bond, securing his freedom from Montgomery County Jail. Eatherly faces attempted murder charges linked to a May courthouse shooting incident. He is also involved in a separate Davidson County case for alleged restaurant theft. Both cases are now proceeding to a grand jury for further review.
