Weakened storm Ragasa pushes across China’s south coast after flooding

Tropical Cyclone Ragasa, once a super-typhoon, caused widespread damage across Southeast Asia. Guangdong province in China faced severe flooding, power outages affecting nearly half a million households, and disrupted transportation. Tragically, Taiwan reported 14 deaths due to heavy rain and overflowing lakes. In the Philippines, at least 11 people died, including seven fishermen.
