Apple is rolling out AirPods firmware version 8A356 alongside iOS 26, bringing up to seven new features, including sleep detection pause, battery alerts, and CarPlay automatic switching. Users of AirPods Pro 2, AirPods 4, or the latest AirPods Pro 3 gain additional features like beta Live Translation, enhanced recording, Camera Remote control, and clearer call audio. Notably, the Cupertino-based tech giant started rolling out the iOS 26 update for iPhone on Monday.

Meta has long been rumoured to introduce a pair of smart glasses with a built-in display. A video accidentally posted on the company’s official YouTube channel confirms its existence. Dubbed Meta Ray-Ban Display, the smart glasses appear with a heads-up display and an sEMG Wristband, enabling gesture support. After months of anticipation, Apple has finally released the iOS 26 update for iPhone. It brings a new design language called Liquid Glass, which is implemented across the UI.
