Pakistan, Saudi, Turkiye activate Mecca defence pact as Yemen war escalates

Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkiye have agreed to enhance military cooperation to address regional security threats. Following recent attacks by Yemen’s Houthi group, the three countries will activate collective deterrence measures. The emergency meeting of the Mecca Defence Alliance in Riyadh led to this commitment. Saudi-backed forces are also launching an offensive against the Houthis in Yemen to regain control.
