The OnePlus Pad Go tablet has been officially confirmed by the company and now we also know that the affordable tablet will be exclusive to the Indian market. OnePlus will be launching this tablet in October and it will be sold through online channels in the country. The launch date mentioned is October 6 which could either be a full-scale event or done virtually like other OnePlus events this year.

OnePlus shared a teaser of the product just a few days back, and now we have the product shown in its full glory with the front and back design reminiscent of the premium OnePlus Pad model with its circular camera module at the back.

The Pad Go model will feature a green colour finish, and we are hoping that the company uses a mix of plastic and texture materials to make the panel which gives it solidity without looking cheap. Unlike the premium Pad, OnePlus could offer the Pad Go in both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + cellular options, which suggests the company could power the device with a 4G chip, or lock the modem on the 5G chip to support a 4G network through SIM.

The Pad Go is likely to get a single rear camera, going by the product shot but you should have a quad-speaker set up probably without Dolby Atmos. OnePlus Pad Go is tipped to feature a 2.4K resolution display and comes with OxygenOS 13 version based on Android 13 out of the box.

OnePlus Pad Go is likely to compete with brands like Xiaomi Pad 5 and the Realme Pad series in the market, and going by how the OnePlus Pad was priced in India, we expect the affordable OnePlus tablet to come for around Rs 25,000 in the market. OnePlus will be the latest brand to enter the affordable Android tablet market in the country, giving consumers more choices.
