The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has opened online applications for the sixth phase of the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) for the 2027-28 academic session. Eligible multidisciplinary institutions can apply through the official portal till May 31, 2026. The initiative is part of NEP 2020’s push to improve teacher training and academic standards across India.
