He formed a solid partnership with Kumar Kushagra, who also finished the day not out on 63 runs. The opening duo, Abhimanyu Easwaran and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, laid a robust foundation, while Shikhar Mohan added a valuable 85 runs.
