Dubai Healthcare City Authority is launching a AED 1.3 billion expansion for Phase 1, aiming to solidify Dubai as a global healthcare innovation hub. The project includes the UAE’s first LEED Platinum office building and a new medical complex, with construction commencing in December 2025 and completion by November 2027.
