Ethereum traded above $4,500, supported by strong ETF inflows of $4.5 billion (roughly Rs. 39,906 crore) and rising institutional demand. Analysts noted Bitcoin’s market cap touched $2.5 trillion (roughly Rs. 2,21,70,000 crore), while broader macroeconomic tailwinds and declining exchange supply added to optimism. Altcoins like Solana, XRP, and Dogecoin showed mixed moves.

OnePlus has announced the launch date for its new Android 16-based operating system. Dubbed OxygenOS 16, it will introduce a suite of artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled features. On top of this, it will also bring freshly designed app icons and other user interface elements. OnePlus recently announced that it will integrate Google's Gemini generative AI models with OxygenOS 16 to allow users to execute tasks directly on their handsets.

Realme, OnePlus, iQOO and Xiaomi are preparing to unveil flagship devices powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. A new leak has suggested the camera specifications of these phones. Three of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered smartphones could get 50-megapixel primary rear cameras with a 1/1.5-inch sensor. The remaining one is said to pack a 50-megapixel camera with a larger 1/1.3-inch sensor.

A security vulnerability has been discovered in the Unity Game engine, affection games and apps on Unity versions 2017.1 and later across Windows, Linux, Android, and macOS. Unity has issued fixes and has urged developers to deploy update patches, recompile, and republish their applications. The company said the vulnerability had not yet been exploited.
