West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court, denying theft charges by the ED. She claims she only retrieved “sensitive political documents of her party” with permission during searches at the I-PAC office. The state government also questioned the ED’s allegations. The SC has adjourned the hearing.
