Emirates has advised UAE travellers about new UK travel rules as the country shifts to digital immigration. From February 25, 2026, visitors who do not require a visa for short stays must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). UK visa holders and those with indefinite leave to remain should convert to e-visas and update passport details to avoid travel disruptions.
