The Bombay Stock Exchange has blocked Jetking Infotrain’s preferential issue listing due to plans to allocate 60 percent of proceeds to crypto, mainly Bitcoin. Joint MD Siddharth Bharwani called it unprecedented, while Web3 lawyer Subha Chugh highlighted regulatory gaps. Jetking plans to appeal to the Securities Appellate Tribunal amid ongoing uncertainty over India’s crypto rules.
