BSE Blocks Jetking’s Crypto-Focussed Share Listing Due to Speculation Risks

The Bombay Stock Exchange has blocked Jetking Infotrain’s preferential issue listing due to plans to allocate 60 percent of proceeds to crypto, mainly Bitcoin. The IT firm had already allotted shares, partially deployed funds, and now faces a 10 percent stock fall. Joint MD Siddharth Bharwani called it unprecedented, while Web3 lawyer Subha Chugh highlighted regulatory gaps.
