OpenAI will reportedly offer all Indian users a free one-year ChatGPT Go subscription starting November 4, 2025, ahead of its first DevDay Exchange event in Bengaluru. Launched in August 2025 as a mid-tier plan at Rs. 399 per month, ChatGPT Go is claimed to provide 10 times higher limits for messages, image generation, and file uploads, along with double the memory capacity. It also includes extended access to GPT-5, Python-based data analysis, longer conversation memory, and tools for projects, tasks, and custom GPTs.

Insta360 X4 Air is the latest action camera from the company, which comes with support for video recording in up to 8K 30fps resolution, leveraging dual 1/1.8-inch sensors. There is support for gestures, which allows creators to twist their selfie stick to start capturing content, along with voice commands. The action camera has user-replaceable lenses and an optical coating which protects the sensor against accidental drops.

Anthropic is reportedly preparing to launch Claude 4.5 Opus, the frontier version of its Claude 4.5 series. A leak suggests the company has shared a new Neptune V6 model with red-teamers for testing jailbreak resistance. The firm is said to be offering bonuses for finding universal jailbreaks, highlighting its ongoing focus on AI safety and robustness.

OpenAI has finalised its corporate restructuring, officially forming the OpenAI Group Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), which will be overseen by the non-profit OpenAI Foundation. The foundation, now holding equity worth about $130 billion, will direct $25 billion towards healthcare and cybersecurity. Alongside this, Microsoft and OpenAI have redefined their partnership, ensuring flexibility even in the event of achieving AGI.
