In preliminary discussions, the company has looked at raising $60 billion at the low end and likely more, the people said.

Samsung has announced new updates to its Samsung Wallet in India. Now, the platform allows users to set up Unified Payments Interface (UPI) during the initial setup of their new Galaxy device.
