The OnePlus Ace 6 Pro Max is expected to debut soon as a more powerful variant of the Ace 6, launched in October. An image of the phone's retail box has surfaced online. Leaks suggest it may feature the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, a 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, and an 8,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging. It may arrive in India as the OnePlus 15R.

Apple has released the iOS 26.1 update, introducing a new toggle to adjust or disable the Liquid Glass effect, which drew criticism for its excessive translucency and poor readability. The handset will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, instead of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip powering the Vivo X200 Ultra. Moreover, it could feature a similar 2K resolution display as its supposed predecessor.

Lava Agni 4 will feature an Aluminium body, instead of the plastic body seen on its predecessor, Agni 3 5G, according to a teaser shared by the company on a social media platform. The handset is scheduled to debut in India on November 20. While most of the specifications, features, pricing, and colour options are still under wraps, the Noida-based tech firm has shown its upcoming Agni series phone with a dual rear camera unit and a new button on the right side, which resembles Apple's Camera Control button.

WhatsApp has been working on support for usernames for a while, and a feature tracker has spotted signs of support for username-based calling, suggesting future updates may include this functionality. Unlike Signal, which already offers similar features, WhatsApp might introduce a unique element called a “username key,” which could offer better privacy and keep spammers at bay.
