South Korean star Kim Minha will host this year’s opening ceremony. She gained international fame for her role in the Apple TV series Pachinko. Minha has also appeared in popular K-dramas like Light Shop and Way Back Love. The festival selected her for her acting depth and growing presence. The 31st Busan International Film Festival runs from October 6 to October 15.
