Tropical Storm Imelda caused two deaths in Cuba and led to school closures and evacuations in the Bahamas, which is still recovering from Hurricane Dorian. While Imelda is expected to become a hurricane and move out to sea, its moisture will bring heavy rains to the Carolinas. Both Imelda and Hurricane Humberto are forecast to impact Bermuda.
